TCGPrintery sellers will be able to connect their Etsy shop to the seller workspace. When a buyer pays for one of your card products, the order reaches us automatically. We print it, ship it to your buyer and add the tracking number to your Etsy order.

Connect

In the seller workspace, choose Connect Etsy shop and approve access on Etsy. Only the company owner can connect a shop.

Match your listings

Each listing is matched to your product with the same SKU. Any other listing gets a product of its own: add its card count once, and an SKU if the listing has none.

Orders arrive

When a buyer pays, the order appears in your workspace with the delivery address. It waits four hours before production, so a mistake can still be stopped.

Tracking goes back

When we ship, we add the tracking number to your Etsy order. Etsy marks it shipped and lets your buyer know.

What the connection sees.
And what it changes.

It reads

Your shop name.
Your listings and their SKUs, to match them to your TCGPrintery products.
Paid orders: the items, the quantities, and the buyer’s name and delivery address.

It writes

The tracking number and carrier of orders we ship.
Nothing else. It does not change your listings, prices, messages or shop settings.

It never sees

Buyer email addresses.
Payment details. Buyers still pay on Etsy, and you pay us for printing as usual.

YOUR DATA, YOUR SHOP

Disconnect at any time.

Disconnecting in the seller workspace deletes our access to your shop straight away. Orders already placed stay in your workspace, so they are still printed and you can still follow them.

We use order details only to print and ship your orders. Read our privacy policy for how long we keep them and what rights you and your buyers have.

Questions

Who can use it?

Companies with an approved TCGPrintery seller account. Apply in the seller workspace if you do not have one yet.

Can I connect more than one Etsy shop?

Yes. Connect each shop in the seller workspace while signed in to Etsy with the account of that shop. Orders from all your shops arrive in the same workspace.

Which orders are printed?

Only orders for listings matched to your TCGPrintery products. A listing you mark as not printed by us is left for you to handle.

What if a listing is not matched yet?

The order waits in your workspace until you choose the product or mark the listing as not printed by us. Nothing is printed until then.

What if Etsy does not share the delivery address?

Etsy may withhold addresses for some shops. The order then waits in your workspace until you enter the address.

When is it available?

The connection is being prepared and opens to TCGPrintery sellers once it is ready. Until then, add your orders in the seller workspace as usual.
